YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. There is no way around this. Everything you put in (and on) your body will affect how you feel, function, think, react, and move. If you want to feel energized, happy, and optimistic throughout your day, watch what you eat…pay very close attention. YOUR FOOD IS YOUR MOOD!
The body will always give you signals during and after ingestion of food. The outcome will either be good or bad. If you feel bloated, moody, tired, and need antacids after a meal, that is an indicator that your body does not like what you put in it.
I will empower you with the knowledge to eat nutritiously for energy, sustenance, weight loss, body fat reduction, and over all meticulous health. I will show you how to eat to prevent diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. I will sway you away from fad diets which are dangerous, irresponsible, and not based on long term studies to prove their efficacy or safety.
