Exercise is often looked upon as a dreaded task. I don’t know many people who actually love exercising and are excited about it. What I do know is that it doesn’t have to be tedious and something that you need to just “get out of the way”. After 25 years in the fitness industry, I know how to cut corners and get results…crazy results doing the least amount of exercise. Did I mention pleasurable, easy, short workouts?
I will teach you which fitness techniques get results and which are complete wastes of time. Hint: too much cardio can actually stunt your progress and weight loss goals. Working out should be fun and inspiring not something you dread. We will explore many simple fitness platforms that yield great results.
